Amanda's testimony was reduced to writing by said Justice, the same was considered as true, and the said George W. Keller refusing to pay the said Amanda Weiser to her satisfaction, said Justice demanded that the defendant enter into recognizance in the sum of three hundred dollars for his appearance at the next term of the Court of Common Pleas of Richland County, Ohio, to answer said complaint and abide the decision of the Court.
